The house might not have the most modern decor but it has character and charm, it is clean and comfortable and it has a great location and easy parking.

York is quite a small city and you can walk everywhere. Most of the places of interest are around 15 minute walk from our house. If you want to explore a bit further afield you may like to rent a bicycle or if you want to explore places outside York like Castle Howard, Scarborough, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Harrogate, Leeds or Knaresborough, you can go by bus, train or hire a car.
No smoking. If you want to smoke, please do so outside.
This is our home. Please be quiet between 11pm and 8am
The city wall is right outside our house. You can walk all the way to the railway station on top of the city wall
