Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The Bottling Room at Tarantula Ranch Vineyard is a private guest studio situated next to our families micro-vineyard located outside of Death Valley National Park in the Mojave Desert. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting.

The space
Welcome to **Tarantula Ranch Vineyard**, a unique, family-run oasis just 20-minutes from the entrance to Death Valley National Park. Nestled in the remote beauty of the desert, our property offers a variety of accommodations to suit every traveler, from rustic camping and cozy glamping to a comfortable guest house—all with stunning views of our vineyard and the surrounding landscapes.

We proudly host guests from around the world, providing a welcoming basecamp for exploring Death Valley’s iconic landmarks and hidden gems. Whether you’re here to hike, stargaze, or simply unwind, you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

Our property features Wi-Fi throughout, a shared bathhouse with hot showers, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with propane BBQs and cookware, and a community building complete with ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a small camp store. At night, gather around the communal fire pits or marvel at the desert’s incredible night skies.

Please note that this remote desert environment offers breathtaking solitude but also extreme climate conditions. Summer brings intense heat, while winter nights can be quite cold, so pack accordingly. Campsites are off-grid (no electricity), but other accommodations offer added amenities.

Whether you’re camping under the stars, enjoying the comforts of glamping, or relaxing in our guest house, Tarantula Ranch provides a one-of-a-kind experience in one of the most extraordinary places on Earth. We look forward to sharing this special corner of the desert with you!

Guest access
Guests will have full access to their reserved accommodations and all shared amenities, including the bathhouse with hot showers, outdoor kitchen with propane BBQs and cookware, communal fire pits, and the community building with games and a small camp store. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Some listings also have additional private amenities.

We offer **self-check-in only** for your convenience. Arrival is anytime after 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Please note that the last 1/2 mile to Tarantula Ranch is a gravel road. While it is accessible for all vehicles, drive slowly and carefully to ensure a smooth arrival. Detailed directions and check-in instructions will be provided before your stay.
