Tiny home Cabin # 9 is located in Heber-Overgaard AZ Cabin with 2 bedrooms 1 Bath, Fireplace and living room with pull out futon W/ flat screen TV FREE internet & WIFI. Master bedroom w/ queen bed, 2nd bedroom is the loft w/ 2 twin beds. Central AC & Heating. W/ full kitchen with most all the utensils from home . Refrigerator, microwave, range oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer with a huge front deck w/ patio furniture private Hot Tub, outdoor fire pit & water park splash pad. We are Pet Friendly!

The space
Master Bedroom with queen size bed upstairs loft has 2 twin beds there is a pull out futon in the living room and the kitchen has most of your amenities from home ; silverware, glasses, plates, pots & pans. Beautiful front porch with New Hot Tub! outdoor fire pit and your own gas grill.

Cabin # 9 is a two bedroom loft 1 Bath and electric fireplace. W/ private Hot Tub! on the front porch. Located up on the Mogollon Rim where it is much cooler in the summer and seasonal snow in the winter. There are several lakes located within 30 minutes of the cabin great for fishing. And a water splash pad! and a huge grass picnic area and wooden play set great for the kids or an outdoor get together with games for the family. We are only 2 1/2 hours from the valley so please come make some memories of your own. We are pet friendly too!

Other things to note
These tiny homes are energy efficient and only have 30-50 gallon hot water heaters so please take faster showers and give a little bit of time between showers so that the hot water builds back in hot water heater Thank you
