Casa Nopal de Puerto Escondido is a unique experience - combining two magical casitas, private pool, outdoor kitchen and views of the Pacific Ocean. Wake up every morning to the bright blue waters and sounds of waves crashing against the rocks before heading down the steps to the soft sand and crystal clear waters of Playa Manzanillo. The property has been designed as a stylish, modern and Mexican experience. The two casitas of Casa Nopal are only rented together.

PROPERTY FEATURES

• Two identical 2-Story Casitas.

• The first floor of each casita contains a kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom. The second floor master suites include a queen size bed, oversized terrace with views of the Pacific Ocean and generous closet space.

• The bedroom suites are fully screened into the palapa with ceiling fans. The Pacific Ocean breeze and ceiling fans are our substitute for A/C.

• Casa Nopal is anchored by its courtyard - the heart of the home - providing guests with a stunning private pool, sun-lounges, palm trees, umbrellas and two bistro style dining areas on each lower terrace.

• The courtyard has multiple lounge areas to soak up the sun or relax with a good book as well as a an outdoor kitchen and BBQ — which will be available for you to make your own culinary magic.

• High speed internet and WiFi.

• Cleaning of the casitas is provided every third day of your stay.

• There is a minimum three night stay requirement.

THE ENVIRONMENT

• Casa Nopal is literally a 3 minute walk to Playa Manzanillo and a short taxi ride to all of Puerto’s greatest beaches, cafes, restaurants, local shops and nightlife.

• Design elements focusing on local artisanal hand made furniture, ceramics and textiles to capture a true yet modern Oaxacan aesthetic.

• A gated community with paved roads (unlike most other quality properties located north or south of Central Puerto Escondido).

• Seasonal whale, flying fish, iguana and bird watching from the comfort of your terrace.

Casa Nopal is a mere 6 minute drive from Puerto Escondido Airport within the private gated residential community of Manzanillo Reef (directly above Playa Manzanillo).

If arriving via taxi, provide the taxi with Manzanillo Reef as your location. When through the gates turn right, Casa Nopal is the second to the last property.
