Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is centrally located in Sunset, LA and sits on almost an acre of land all for you to enjoy. Adorable Retro Mid-Century cottage built in the late 1920's-30's, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and open floor plan. Full kitchen for all your cooking needs, gas grill (propane provided) Firepit (wood provided) many more amenities. Sunset is home to locally owned shops, stores & dinning, also just minutes away from Lafayette & Opelousas.
The space
The home is centrally located in between Lafayette and Opelousas. You have access to the entire home and property. The home does not have a washer and dryer on site but there is a nice coin operated laundromat in Opelousas should you need. I provide many everyday items so that you do not need to buy just for your stay, like paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels, foil, coffee, creamer, sugar and many more items. We want your stay to be enjoyable so if there is something you need just let me know.

Many everyday items: Coffee, sugar, cream, paper-towels, trash bags, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic utensils, seasonings and much more! Please let me know of any food allergies as some products in the home contain peanuts. No Smoking or vaping in the home!

Sunset is home to many adorable & unique shops, stores and restaurants. The Sunset Herb Fest is held the 1st Saturday in May with over 3,000 people that attend. We have an Annual Sunset Mardi Gras Ball and the 11 mile Yard Sale. Also located just a few miles of Lafayette & Opelousas where there are many great festivals and functions to attend.
