About ten minutes to Ohio University in Athens, Hocking College, and close to all local fun things like the Dairy Barn Arts Center, Ohio's Windy 9, Fast Traxx Motoplex, Chauncey Depot Mountain Biking Trail, Ohio University football and basketball, Hocking Hills and big time buck hunting.

Hi we are Mitch and Ann, a dynamic short term rental duo. Both of us are Ohio University graduates. Ann graduated in education and recently retired after teaching 3rd and 4th grade special education for 35 years. I am a local business person with several local businesses. I have Athens County Storage, Sofa and Mattress Outlet and Athens Short Term Rentals, oh and I am not retiring! We raised three great kids in Athens and currently have 3 grand children here. We love to host and we have stayed at enough short term rentals to know how to host. We currently have 4 Athens locations with 2 more locations in construction. Also, we have a townhouse in Amelia Island, 4 houses from the beach that is on a short term rental program. Ann and I take this business quite seriously.
