This elegant condo-hotel resort is located in east Waikiki, which is perfectly situated just one block from the iconic Waikiki beach, which is a surfing & snorkeling paradise, as well as walking distance to hundreds of amazing restaurants, world famous shopping, entertainment, luaus, dinner cruises, attractions and nightlife, including the newly built International Marketplace! We are also conveniently located within steps of the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, the lush green spaces of Kapi’olani Park, the Ala Wai, and a short hike to Diamond Head!

A gorgeous Superior Oceanview 1-bedroom condo on the 35th floor of the renowned Waikiki Sunset - rented out legally under Oahu's short-term rental laws - has a brand new King bed in the bedroom, plus a very comfortable commercial-grade Queen size memory foam sofa bed in the living room with an optional ottoman that converts into a Twin memory foam bed to sleep 5 people total which is great for families or groups of friends. Our condo has amazing ocean views from every corner of the unit, high speed internet, cable TV, kitchen, breakfast bar with 5 chairs, and a private lanai with table & chairs perfect for morning coffee or afternoon pau hana (happy hour). Our fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with full-sized appliances, as well as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, pots & pans and everything you need to cook!

If you prefer more budget-friendly options, there are also nearby public parking lots and garages within walking distance that may offer different daily or hourly rates.

The Waikiki Sunset parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.
