Le Tre Chiavi Guesthouse is located in the center of Rome, between the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, in the characteristic and historic district Borgo.
This is the ideal place to spend a "Roman Holiday" and reach the most beautiful monuments on foot and in a short time.
Like the other guests, you will be given three keys: one for the building, one for the front door of the apartment and the last one for your room.
Every room is quite big and has a private bathroom inside.
For your beverages you can use the refrigerator (sharing it with other guests in the house).
Notice that it is not possible to cook in the house since our business licence doesn't permit it.
It was renovated in December 2011 and consists of three rooms with a private bathroom in each.
The rates includes: towels and bed linen, tv, fan (summer), cleaning, electricity and heat.
From here in a few minutes, within walking distance, you can reach the Rome’s most beautiful and famous places.
We remind you that it is very important for us to know what time you will arrive at the B&B in order to organize the check-in (we do not want to make our guests waiting!).
We kindly ask you to comunicate in advance time of your arrival at B&B, reminding you that check in time is from 12.00pm to 8.00pm.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD (RIONE BORGO)
Although heavily transformed during the first half of the 20th century, the Borgo maintains its historical importance as a forecourt to Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Palace.
The Borgo is bordered by Vatican City (Saint Peter's Square) to the west, the Tiber to the east, Prati to the north, the quartiere Aurelio to the southwest and Trastevere to the south.
The main roads run east-west and (with the noteworthy exception of the modern Via della Conciliazione) are not named Vie, but Borghi.
Several high prelates live there: among them, Pope Benedict XVI, who had been living in Borgo Pio for more than twenty years before his election to the Papacy. South of the Passetto the quarter houses only some offices (mainly belonging to the Vatican), an Auditorium, and the huge complex of the Hospital of Santo Spirito.
The apartment is located behind the pedestrian area of Borgo Pio, close to the Vatican.
The apartment was beautiful and very clean, everything went flawlessly :)
I would highly recommend it.
Excellent B&B, close to Ottaviano metro station and right next to the Vatican. Ideal location for walking to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. There is a great street behind the B&B full of great restaraunts and there is a great steak house just opposite the B&B on the same road. Overall we had a lot of fun, we enjoyed the stay, the room was spacious and clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend to stay here!
A wonderful room in a wonderful part of town. Angela & Gianpaolo were very helpful, and always were prompt with any answers we needed. The room was clean, there are many restaurants around, and it's just so close to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again.
The room was really big and clean and in a good location near the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo which has a nice park around it. The hosts were lovely, communicated well and checked us in with maps and recommendations for laundry etc in the area. There was bottled water and juice in the fridge for us as well as a few snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this guesthouse.
Angela and Gianpaolo's apartment is a perfect base for exploring Rome. We stayed there for two nights and had a fantastic time. The room itself is clean and spacious and the building is very secure. The location is great - very close to the Vatican and within walking distance of all other sights, with many authentic Italian restaurants nearby. Angela and Gianpaolo were wonderful hosts! They were very friendly and helpful and happily waited for us when we were late to check in. I would recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a simple, clean and well located room in Rome!
