Eroll was a very nice host. We was patient and did his best to be available when we arrived (as we were late). He also took time to answer our questions and advice some good places to go. His place is well located, less than one minute from the metro station (line 7, 52nd station). We reached Grand Central in 15 min and Time Square in 20 minutes. We had almost everything we needed in the flat. It was functional. The neighborhood is nice : lots of restaurant, 24h hours supermarket&deli, laundry to watch cloths...
Sometimes it can be a little noisy as the metro goes by close to the apartment.
Anyway it was cool to stay in Queens and discover anothet side of NY.
Great host and quit pacefull location. Nice apartment with lots of shops nearby and about 1 minute walk to the train station, and then about 15 minutes to Grand Central. I spent 12 days with my girlfriend and had a great time. We would definitely stay at Eroll's apartment again.
Great location (10-15min to Grand Central Terminal) ! Great host ! Lovely apartment fully furnished and clean ! I will definitely go back there for my upcoming trips to NYC !
Eroll's apt is exctly is clean exactly as decribed. Eroll himself is very helpful and accomodating - whatever you need or want to know - he's just a phone call or text away. Location is great.
Besides that the neighborhood is very nice.
We stayed for three days but would return anytime again.
This was my second stay here, and it was much the same as the first so I'd only have the same to say about it. Great apartment with lots of shops nearby and about 1 minute walk to the train station, and then about 15 minutes to Grand Central. Inside is great, especially living room which was bigger than I expected. Eroll was very helpful with all questions and understanding when I wasn't able to arrive as planned due to Hurricane Sandy. Great host and apartment overall
