-My calendar is always updated so there is no need to message me about availability, if it shows as being available on my cal, then it is!

-There is also no need to message me to ask me about pricing. Once you enter your dates and correct number of guests, Airbnb will give you an accurate quote.

-Please do not message me to ask me about discounts. Because my room rents SO well at the current rate all year round, I never discount my rate. And its already FAR less expensive than staying at a hotel! I know I know--I'm hard core. But hey, I'm from New York! What did you expect?

-Feel free to message me to introduce yourself or ask me questions that are NOT already answered in the information below.

-Also feel free to submit a direct reservation request but please tell me a little bit about yourself and the reason for your trip in the message part of the request!

  • Our stay in Julie's apartment was really great! The room is big and clean and comfortable. The room was private, but bathroom and kitchen are shared with the host. However, we never crossed paths in the 3 days we stayed there. Julie was very kind and accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again! Very convenient location with TONS of restaurants and night life activities within a few blocks. The one small negative I would have is that you can very clearly hear everything in the hallway outside of the room, and some activities of people in surrounding rooms, but this didn't affect our sleep the or enjoyment of our stay.

  • Although I never got to meet Julie, the apartment was very much as described and I had no problems finding or gaining access to it. Excellent directions, very convenient location, and I would stay there again.

  • Julie was away while my friend and I were at her place, however, she always responded promptly to any inquiries I had and left very specific instructions on where to find her apartment, how to get there, and expectations. The room was perfect for our 6 day stay in NYC. The pictures are representative of what you will get. Everything was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable to come back to after long days walking the city. Julie was an excellent host and I adored her place. Perfect price for a perfect little place with a perfect location. I could not have been happier!!

  • Julie's place was perfect. Spacious, private, clean and located in a great neighborhood. Even though I didn't had a chance to meet Julie in person she was very helpful and responded to my questions promptIy. I would choose her place again next time I am in New York.

  • Julie’s room was very clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The location was great—it was easy to walk to Times Square, broadway, and the subway. She provided great communication and recommendations. I love that Julie provided extremely detailed directions to her place from all major airports in all modes of transportation. We found our way to her apartment via airtrain and subway with ease because of her. I can tell she really takes pride in providing a clean environment, you don’t have to worry about sleeping on dirty sheets here! The apartment also provides nice privacy with the separate entrance and the shared areas are also separated by doors.

  • As this was our first AirBnB experience, we were not sure what to expect. But any trepidation we had was quickly vanquished by our most gracious host, Julie Pham. The accommodations were as represented and were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Having lived in Hells Kitchen ten years ago, I know the area well and it's many charms have only grown with time. And it's close to the subway, just a couple of blocks away, so getting around NYC is a breeze.

Overall, we would stay here agin, it's a very comfortable space in a great location.

  • Julie was great and very responsive. The location was perfect for us.
The pictures are a little misleading, because her place is somewhat dark and the entrance hallway is not at all representative of her
apartment. The apartment is functional, attractive and clean. My sister felt very comfortable.

  • lovely room, very big queen bed, comfy too. I was in town for conference and she even had a blow dryer for me to use, its the little things like that you forget when packing that are so important. She had wi-fi which was very much needed for business connections. Very close to Times Square, I enjoyed my evenings walking around. Private entrance was great, with kitchen and bath right there it felt like I had my own apartment to myself for a few days. Very Very happy with my experience, and will stay again if Im ever in NY again.

Hey there! I am a native of Los Angeles and have been living in New York City for nearly 4 years now and I am absolutely loving it. I travel quite a bit for work and for pleasure and whether I'm in town or not, I love hosting people from all over the world. My interests include working (a lot) connecting with all kinds of different people, music, food (I eat a lot), interior decorating, biking/cycling, fitness, and expanding my world view either by visiting new cities or having great conversations with interesting and inspiring people. I also love to do laundry, like things clean and organized and I LOVE to make people laugh. Fun is the spice of life!
