Along with its 5 spacious bedrooms, large living area, fenced in yard, and Peloton, this property also has beautiful mountain views. Halfway between Wintergreen and Charlottesville you can be at either in under 30 min.

MAIN FLOOR:

OFFICE - Peloton (cages provided - just bring your sneakers and you won't have to clip in!), desk, office chair, bookshelves, two chairs for additional seating.

BEDROOM 1 - Queen bed, bench, sconce lights with charging ports, side tables, smart TV, and closet with hangers.

DINING ROOM - Dining table with seating for 10, gas fireplace (currently not for guest use)

KITCHEN - Full equipped kitchen will full-size appliances and pantry space, French door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric range and oven, bar seating for 4.

LIVING ROOM - Smart TV, two sofas (seating for 6), coffee table, game table with seating for 4, arm chair, French doors with patio access.

BATHROOM 1 - Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

OUTDOOR - Fenced in yard and firepit.

UPSTAIRS:

BEDROOM 2 - King bed, Smart TV, side tables, hanging bedside lights, mirror, console table with drawers, and closet with hangers.

BATHROOM 2 - Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

BEDROOM 3 - Queen bed, side tables, sconces on each side of bed, chair, mirror, and closet with hangers.

BEDROOM 4 - 2 twin beds, side table and lamp, and closet with hangers.

BEDROOM 5 (MASTER) - King bed, desk/vanity with chair and mirror, smart TV, side tables with lamps, loveseat, and walk-in closet with hangers.

BATHROOM 3 (MASTER) - Soaking tub, shower, double vanity, and water closet.

This property is DOG FRIENDLY with an additional fee/stay. No cats, fines may apply.
