This is a modern renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath spa bathroom apartment, in a fully gated community with a gorgeous outdoor courtyard and custom waterfall, come relax and unwind in this garden oasis. The unit has a full size kitchen equipped with everything you need for a memorable experience, a full size washer/dryer and refrigerator. Master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress with a smart tv. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and a smart tv as well.

The space
This is a small complex, the unit is on the ground floor with a smart lock. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a cozy couch and chair, a separate desk, a serene electric fireplace below the smart TV. We include Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. We have a gorgeous courtyard that has beautiful night lights, a custom waterfall, barbecue grill, bistro tables and conversation sets. There are magnificent oak trees on the property that provide a completely shaded oasis.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property. The courtyard is shared with other guests.

Other things to note
We have parking inside the gate, as well as 2 spots outside with landscaped grass and concrete. We ask that you only bring 1 car, so we can accommodate all guests.
