Interaction with Guests
Initially we like to say hello, provide a brief tour of the place then leave you to enjoy.
Craig is typically up and about in the mornings and works from home most days.
In any case, we're always available if you need anything, either in person, via SMS, via Airbnb or over the phone.
San Mateo has a super diverse set of restaurants at every price point.
Some of our favourites include: Pacific Catch, B Street & Vine, Jeffrey's, Thai Satay, Roti Indian Bistro, Little China Kitchen, Mr. Pizza Man, Pancho Villa Taqueria, Taqueria La Cumbre, Sushi Sam's, Izakaya Mai, Saigon City
We're close to both the San Mateo and Burlingame Caltrain stations and the 292 bus that runs North-South.
UberX is the cheapest and fastest method of transport if you don't have a car or want the convenience of having someone else do the driving for you.
Lots of places to rent cars nearby, both at the airport and in and around San Mateo and Burlingame.
Strictly non smokers only. This is a smoke free home, no pets.
We simply ask that you be respectful; we work hard and go to bed at a reasonable hour, stay up as late as you like and come and go as you please.
While you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook the occasional meal or prepare breakfast in the mornings each day, we're probably not the best fit if you intend to cook every meal during your stay and have a lot of items to store in the fridge/cupboard.
Please replace anything that you break so the next guest can enjoy it as well.
