A shopping center with 2 supermarkets, lunchrooms, bakery, restaurants, etc. just one tramstop away or a short walk over one of the bridges.
Young and old love our area since it is spacey, clean, nice waterviews, easy to find and one of the safest places in Amsterdam.

He is very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were perfect also the breakfast with so many options to eat. Pictures were a reflex of reality. Neighbor very nice.
At first was regretting that we booked this location as it says 40 minutes from city center. But it's more like 15 minutes from amsterdam's central station so not bad at all. You can take a tram to the city then from the stop its a less than 5 min walk to Michael's place. May not be central but still very accessible and offers a residential vibe amidst very well-designed homes. Bathroom was always clean, room just right for 2 people w a comfy bed and nice view of the neighborhood. Ah, and I unfortunately needed a wheelchair during my trip and Michael was such a big help about it. He helped us find a store where we could rent it and even drove us to the place despite it being his girlfriends bday that day and also returned the wheelchair for us. We felt at home right away :) would def recommend staying here if you want a clean, cosy place w a host you can depend on
Me and my parents were staying at Michael's only for a day, however we had a really good time. Directions to the place were very accurate, breakfast delicious, room fitted the description.
Vriendelijke ontvangst!
The place we stayed at was nice and perfect for myself and my three fans. Michael was very helpful in any questions that I had for him and always answered my questions in a timely matter! If you don't mind not having a lot of stuff in your room and just want to sleep then I would recommend this place. It's very affordable and it is right off the tram line. Michael was very helpful in giving those directions as well!
