We had an amazing time. The description of the home was spot on. The home had everything you would need on a relaxing trip to Bermuda. The house was conveniently located on the island. They were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The Archer's were there for us anytime we might have needed something, and they made our vacation stress free. We would with out hesitation stay here again.
The cottage couldn't have been lovelier. They have everything you need for cooking, dining and relaxing. There are robes, beach towels, a bath tub. There are little tables in the garden to enjoy your morning coffee. I don't think you could find a cleaner place on the island. We enjoyed their hospitality and their dog ,Annie.
Michael and Lesley stayed up late to give us a very warm welcome to Bermuda and the lovely cottage attached to the side of their home. The cottage was spotless and has ample space for 2 with a very comfortable cool bedroom where we slept so well. We didn't use the kitchen but it was extremely well equipped and the cottage was lovingly furnished with everything we might possibly need during our stay there including lots of helpful local and tourist information.
Warwick is a quiet parish and in the centre of the island, easy to access both East and West depending on what you want to do. Island Cuisine just around the corner is great for breakfast and has a friendly local atmosphere.
We didn't see Michael and Lesley during our stay but they were always next door if we needed anything and very helpful and welcoming from start to finish. We would not hesitate to return to the beautiful island and make the cottage our home again.
The week in Bermuda staying at Cozy & Comfortable Cottage was everything that I had hoped for. Michael and Lesley were gracious and welcoming hosts. From the first introduction, they were willing to help with the scooter rental, provided a thorough introduction to the unit and the neighbourhood as well as showing the in depth collection of brochures and contacts for local activities. I will be recommending this property to family and friends. Well Done! Jim O'Brien
The Archer's were very pleasant and accommodating people. The cottage was everything I hoped it to be. The pictures and description on the site didn't do it justice. I felt very comfortable and felt immediately at home. I enjoyed being in the middle of the Bermudian life style and culture. I could not have asked for a better location, the bus stop was literally less then a 2 minutes walk and the grocery store was about 5 minutes (although I was a little uncomfortable with the walk because of the lack of sidewalks). Anyway, the cottage had everything you needed: wifi, cable, phone, robes, umbrellas and even fresh vegetables from there beautiful garden.
My husband, children, and I had the wonderful pleasure of staying at Michael & Lesley's cottage and we could not have been happier with our experience. The cottage is absolutely immaculate and was equipped with everything we could have possibly wanted. We have a 4 year old and 8 month old and they were both happy and comfortable in the cottage. Lesley provided a pack-n-play, high chair, and stroller to use for our baby. She even has a cabinet of toys and books my kids were happy to discover. Having all the baby things there made traveling with our infant so easy. I loved that I didn't have to bring all kinds of gear on the trip with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and tool you could need to cook up a great meal. The cottage is spacious and was the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring beautiful Bermuda. The garden is huge and wonderfully landscaped. My kids and I loved visiting the chickens and koi pond there. And my son loved running around the garden with Annie the dog. Mike & Lesley are wonderful hosts who answered all our questions and happily provided anything we asked for. They made us feel completely welcomed. I also wanted to mention that the taxi driver they use, Arthur, was wonderful and patient with our car sickness prone son and car seat averse baby. He provided an infant car seat for our baby as well. My whole family absolutely loved staying in Mike & Lesley's cottage and we can't wait to make a return visit!
Lesley and Michael were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond the norm to help us organise things like taxi's, scooter rental and dinner suggestions (website hidden) help us have a wonderful time in Bermuda but we also had as much privacy as we wanted too. Their cottage was spotlessly clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Everything was there that you would need if you wanted to cook in and all linens and towels were great quality. We also had the chance to walk around their lovely private gardens with chickens and various vegetables and of course Annie the dog was great fun! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to all family and friends and we look forward to staying with them again soon, Lesley and Tracey
