Casa Mesquite is an impeccably stylized, recently-renovated property in Palm Springs. This desert oasis is airy & bright, featuring a spacious living room, two large bedrooms and a saltwater pool/spa. The home is complete with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, featuring modern amenities and stylized nods to Palm Springs' colorful history. The completely walled-off backyard offers complete privacy within a serene setting, making it the ideal desert getaway for couples or small groups.

The space
Welcome to our lovely oasis! From the private front yard, you enter the space to find a comfortable living room/dining room area with cathedral ceilings. Comfortable furnishings, plush textures and thoughtful touches adorn the entire home. The updated kitchen and bathrooms have a clean and modern feel, offering plenty of room for you to feel at home in. You will enjoy the luxurious bath, body & hair products from Molton Brown, along with hand soaps from Aesop and Pecksniff.

What was originally a 3 bedroom home is now reconfigured with 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is spacious, and opens out to the backyard and pool. The secondary bedroom is oversized and features a sitting area/workspace. In this bedroom, there’s a new 24” USB-C monitor where you can plug in your laptop to comfortably work from home at any time. Both rooms feature premium linens, mattresses, and pillows to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Casa Mesquite is outfitted with smart TVs, all equipped with Roku for your convenience (55” in the living room, 43” in the primary and 32” in the secondary bedroom), a robust Wi-fi, and a Sonos sound system in each room.

Outdoors, you'll enjoy multiple seating areas on the pool deck. The space is ideal for sunbathing, or simply lounging with a glass of wine under the stars. The entire area is 100% private, thanks to the thick bottle brush hedge surrounding the parameters. There is also an outdoor teak dining table for that perfect meal, served al fresco. A Weber BBQ grill is available for your use.

There is an LG washer and dryer for your use in a laundry room, which is attached to the garage.

A driveway security camera and video doorbell have been added for your additional safety.

Across the street is Demuth Park, featuring great trails, tennis and biking. We are just 2 miles to all of the fun shopping and dining located in Downtown Palm Springs.
