A newly renovated farmhouse is the perfect getaway for any large family or couple looking to slip away to a quiet family farm located in Jackson County, home of the Daniel Boone National Forest and 15 minutes away from Flat Lick Falls. We have 4 BR. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The living room has a couch, loveseat, recliner and smart tv. Free wifi. A full kitchen with all new appliances and a large dining area to accommodate a large family. Full size washer and dryer & central h&a.

The space
This structure has been recently renovated to include many modern conveniences. In the mornings, you can enjoy sitting on the covered back porch and enjoy coffee and sunrise with a beautiful view of our cattle field. There is a huge shade in the back yard where you and sit and enjoy a cool breeze on a warm day, or at night, you can relax by an outdoor fire pit.

This house sits right beside of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. You will have your own parking spots right past our sidewalk.

There are a total of 4 bedroom in this home. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable wing back chair. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a desk and chair. The fourth bedroom is a single twin size bed that is located right off from one of the queen bedrooms, perfect for families with children. The bathroom has been updated with new flooring, hardware and has a shower/bathtub combo. We will provide you with all the basics that you need such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. Our living room area is equipped with comfortable seating and a flat screen, smart tv.

The kitchen has been fully renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals such as pots, pans, and utensils. We will provide basic condiments such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil. You will also find a regular coffee pot along with filters, coffee as well as cream and sugar. We have a laundry area with a washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, iron, and a tabletop ironing board. We will also provide our guests with cold bottled water and some snacks.

We have an outdoor charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal.

We are located 10 minutes from Flat Lick Falls, Big Turtle Trail Head Hiking (15 mins), Beulah Lake (10 mins), Wildcat Harley Davidson (30 mins), Boone Tavern & Berea Pinnacles (40 mins), Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge (40 mins), Cliffview Resort (35 mins), Bike trails & horse trails nearby.

We ask that you don't bring you pets for health reasons of other guests.

We are a family of 4 with a newly renovated guest house location on our farm, and next to Mt. Zion Baptist Church. We are located close to Flat Lick Falls in Jackson County. I am a teacher and my husband works for the University of Kentucky. We take a lot fo pride in making sure our guests are comfortable and have a great experience at our guest house. I clean the house myself and include basic necessities such as coffee, creamer, shampoo and body wash incase you forget yours. We provide water and a few snacks for our guests as well. I am available to message, text, or call for anything you might need.
