This home is in a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood in the absolute best location just steps away from the Mississippi River, light rail station, foodie restaurants and much more.

Imagine enjoying sitting in a hot tub while watching your favorite movie. The patio area also includes a gas fire table, and a gas grill.

Indoor you will find a 86" 4k smart TV fueled by fiber internet. Pool table and 10 person dining table.

The space
If you are traveling to Minneapolis, this house will provide you with endless amenities and be in a central location where you can experience the city. Wrap around drive that can accommodate 10 plus cars plus free on street parking. Nearly 3000 sq foot home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a Yamaha baby grand piano. There is a third shower for use as well in the laundry room. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one living room and one large game room that leads to the deck and back yard. The hot tub is certainly the high light of the home, positioned in front of a 70" TV powered by Roku. Next to the tub you will find a large patio sectional with a propane powered fire pit as well as a Webber grill (tanks are provided however propane is not). Full fiber internet with Nest Wifi Mesh to get you the best Internet coverage wherever you are in the home.

The full space is accessible by the guest except the garage and a utility closet which is used for storage.

Other things to note
This is is a very quiet neighborhood with strict noise ordnances after 10 pm. Please be mindful of this when booking. Property has Minut noise management system to prevent parties and noise after ordinance.

Very quiet neighborhood, 30 Second walk to the light rail station and across the street from Minnehaha Regional Park which leads to many trails including the famous Minnehaha Falls. Next to the home is The Tipsy Steer and Nokomis East Gateway Gardens. There isn't a better location in Minneapolis than this home! Airport, Downtown and Mall of America are minutes away using the light rail.
