📝 NOTES
**The suite is all yours, but please note this is the lower level of a home so there may be residents upstairs. We are looking for respectful families that will enjoy the space but consider their surroundings as well.

**Please note the swimming pool is used for guest privately. Homeowner will only use if guest is not using. The swimming pool is open seasonally. if needed to be heated will have to pay extra off season time.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire lower unit, as well as exclusive use of the backyard and outdoor pool.

Other things to note
Pool heating is available for an additional charge during the off-season:

-April & May: $75 (per 48 hours)
-June: $50 (per 48 hours)
-September & October: $75 (per 48 hours)

Please note: The pool is closed from November to March due to the winter season.
