It wasn't easy to get in contact with Margherita, but in the end it worked out and she gave some nice tips on what to see and how to get around.
The room is pretty much what you pay is what you get, we were there just for 1 night, so we just wanted a place to crash and have a shower.
easy in and out, never saw our host. she left a message on the room door and we knew where to go from there. fabulous kitchen all the way on the top floor with refrigerator and terrace overlooking the city. great spot. felt very fortunate with that extra space. Although she said we could store our backpacks at the train station, we never found it so we left our bags in the kitchen area and felt that was safe. Place was very clean and comfortable
The place was exactly as pictured and a great size for our stay. There was even a mini fridge and a small kettle to make tea which we loved. However, the communication with Margherita was a bit frustrating. I sent numerous texts and emails and only received a response from Margherita the day before we checked in. It made me feel nervous as we were on an international trip and I am a little bit obsessive about know what my plan is ahead of time. All in all a good place with a great location off the main street in Riomaggiore and only a 5ish minute walk from the train station. But keep in mind if you book here, you might not receive a response from Margherita until the day before you are scheduled to check in. We did not meet Margherita during our stay.
We loved Cinque Terre. The room was very sweet, well equipped and easy to find.
Was really lovely to stay here. The directions were really specific and easy to get to. Good place to stay.
