The space
The villa covers 83m2 and comfortably accommodating 4 guests in beds and 5 if necessary in the sofa bed. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 50” Smart TV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens directly to the outdoor terrace and the pool area.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase, you will find a bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an open closet and a 32'' Smart TV. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that be joined as a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with an open closet and a 32'' Smart TV.

Finally, the villa offers a common laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

The outdoor area offers a 15 sq. m ecological swimming pool. Also, the outdoor area offers 2 sunbeams and one gazebo for 2 people for relaxing in the terrace. Finally, a street parking space for 1 car is available.

Villa Casa Calma I is located in Panormo village, a beautiful seaside village located in the centre of the island of Crete and a great base as from here you can visit the whole island. It is only 22 km from Rethymno and 56 km from Heraklion town.

Panormo has supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, traditional tavernas and cafes which are all reachable on foot. Additionally the nearest organised beach is 20 meters from the villa with another organised sandy beach only 200 meters away.
