We found the plot for Villa Papillon by chance in 2014 at Reed's Point marked by a handwritten "Plot for Sale" sign. After two years of probate we acquired this land with stunning views of Montserrat, Rotunda, and St Kitts. We finished building the villa in late 2021. Built on a 45-degree slope,it has five levels and is hurricane-proof. Nearby Palm Beach offers white sand, with incredible views of stingrays,turtles, and pelicans from the balcony.
