The apartment is located very centrally in the 9th district in a typical old Viennese building. You ll find a lot of young people living in our neighborhood, since its core location to the main university and university campus, as well as most faculties. It ll only takes you 5-10 min to go to the main city center or 15 min to one of the major shopping streets in Vienna( Mariahilferstrasse). The "AKH" General Hospital is in 5min walking distance. Puplic transport is only a few steps away (underground, tram and bus) but you could also walk down town by foot if you want . It normally takes me 10 min. Everything you could possibly need for your daily life, is really just around the corner. Down the road you ll find 3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacys, 2 tabaco stores and so on. The location is more than convient for any type of travel really.
The apartment itself has very high ceilings and parquet floor, which is typical for apartments in old buildings here. The living room is very spacious and bright, equiped with a super cosy sofa, excellent to stretch your legs after a long day of sight seeing. The bedroom is facing the courtyard so its nice to sleep there cuz it ll be fairly quiet. There is a double bed with a confy mattrass, as well as a big closet that will easily fit all your clothes. Bathroom (with hair dryer) and a fully equiped kittchen. Internet is of course provided, as well as two guide books of Vienna that can be used during your stay. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me I ll be more than happy to assist you during your stay. The appartment can host 2-3 guests.
For 2 guests the costs will be 59 Euros/night
For 3 guests 69 Euros/ night. There will be of course a proper bed for the 3rd person in the appartment when booked for 3.
Special pricing arrangements can be arranged for longer stays.
All you ll need to bring now for your holidays is your bag and a good spirit.
Please contact me if you have any questions, I ll be happy to assist you!
I am looking forward to welcome you in Vienna :)

I stayed at this apartment for a month whilst studying, so I feel I am well placed to review it.
Steph is the perfect host, very accommodating and helpful. She always goes out of her way to help.
The apartment itself is charmingly Viennese and well located, clean and spacious. However, the plumbing is quite an inconvenience - the hot water system leaks into a bucket, requiring one to either empty it daily or turn the system on and off (meaning you have to wait 40m to have a hot shower in the morning).
But for the hot water leak, this would be a perfect apartment; even though it was an annoyance, we still enjoyed our stay greatly. Would recommend.
Stephi s a lovely host. Affordable, precise and very kind. Everything is perfectly fitted for guest (even an Austrian mobile phone you can use for receiving call!) and the apartment is "lovely" for real. I suggest without any doubt this option
Steph is a host we can strongly recommend. The flat is very well located and perfect for a city trip. Public transport is easily to use. Steph is eager to provide lot of useful information for your stay - already before the arrival. She is a perfect host!
Apartment is bright, clean and well equipped.
Steph was a very lovely and helpful host with recommendations of what to see and do for our first time in Vienna. The house was exactly as described and we were happy with our stay here. It is an easy tram ride to the main sights. Would recommend.
This was the last airbnb we did in a year-long excursion including 24 different airbnbs and it was the perfect ending! The apartment is grand but still managed to be cozy and warm in chilly December. Steph is a lovely person and a great host! She had a map drawn up of the area around our apartment with restaurant and shopping recommendations started around it. She also had great Christmas market and other suggestions for our stay there. Vienna is beautiful and you can get to it alle other by foot, tram or subway minutes from the apartment. Can't recommend it enough, thank you Steph!
We had a great experience with Steph.
The host - excellent. Steph assisted us with a number of issues: recovering lost luggage; getting around town; restaurant recommendations; getting laundry done; and, booking a train from Vienna to our cruise ship in Passau. She made our lives much better while in Vienna. Steph is fluent in English and has lived in the United States, so communicating with her is effortless for English speaking travelers.
The property - an excellent value. It consists of three large rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen features a stove top, refrigerator, sink, and a well stocked set of dishes. I think the bed is a queen, and it is very comfortable.
Location - excellent for the self-sufficient traveler. You are two blocks from the tram and from the U Bahn. While you could walk to the museums, it's easy to hop on the tram for a quick trip. There is a laundry, bakery, and a grocery store within two blocks, and numerous restaurants in the neighborhood. We had no difficulty transferring from the Vienna airport to the flat; it was a train ride and a U Bahn trip.
Summary: I have no reservations about recommending Steph and her flat. If Vienna is your destination, you should seriously consider booking this accommodation.
We really enjoyed the stay in Stephs appartment. It is clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the mattress is in good shape. Everything worked fine!
Very comfortable and spacious apartments, clean, close to city centre. Big thanks to Steph for farsight: maps, guides and local cellphone are available in apartmets.
Very nice place, thanks.
A very nice apartment, provided with everything you can need and very close to the public transportation. Close by there are many place where eat. Perfect for a pleasant weekend and Steph is a really nice person! Absolutely recommended!
Stephanie is not only a great host but a wonderful person!I was in Wien during October and November for work and she got to make my experience unbeatable!!probably it's impossible to express here how I felt but, for strangers, don't doubt it for an instance!apart from that, the apartment is well-located, tiny but welcoming, for even long stayings like mine...and in case you need something, just ask Steph!
