We were not able to meet Keren personally, but we were welcomed at the apartment by their friendly cleaning woman, who showed us around. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of comfortable sleeping space and a great living room for lounging. The place was also a very simple walk to either Time Square, or the more personable Hell’s Kitchen. Plenty of great, small restaurants and shops around. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again!

Keren's place was perfectly located. It was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to do, see and eat. If not, it was close to a few different subway stops. Keren was great with communication. It was an older building, so it had a character. Loved how the floor creaked when walked on...felt lived in.

Our 6 night stay here was an authentic NYC experience. The location is a 10 minute or less walk to everything we wanted, including the theater district and the subway. The apartment is just as pictured and the rooms are huge! The street and the building are very quiet. Hell's Kitchen is full of amazing restaurants, and shops. With this apartment we could grocery shop and eat in. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nice laundry machines and good WiFi. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Good water pressure in the shower. Keren was a great host and responded immediately by text. She made contact the day before we arrived and made arrangements for our arrival. When we ran out of Nepresso pods for coffee, she delivered them to our door in less than an hour! That's service. She also was flexible in letting us store our luggage on the last day until the late afternoon. Please know that this is an old building/apartment that has not been updated. The apartment feels old and a little rough around the edges, particularly the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but it is very clean and orderly. For us, the huge size of the rooms, the location, and the bright light from all the windows made this a great place to hang out in between our tourist days and evenings out.

Karen was a fantastic host and what I liked most was that she was easy to deal with and very prompt. Not nosy and will be glad to do business again anytime in the future.

Keren was at the apartment when we arrived at 8am. She was very warm and reachable if I had any questions. When one of the bedroom doors was jammed, she was able to resolve it for me quickly. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You can hear the footsteps of the upstairs neighbor but it was not unusually loud. The neighborhood is great! We had many incredible meals within three blocks of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in NYC.

Huge place with nice kitchen! Bathroom needs some work (even for NY standards this felt a little old). Neighbourhood is great.

We enjoyed staying at Keren's place. The positives It is comfortable and relative to other apartments in Manhattan there is a lot of space for eating and lounging. Keren and her husband were excellent hosts. They were both very responsive and made an effort to help make or stay more enjoyable (e.g. Coming within hours to install two A/C units when requested). Location is excellent - incredible food options nearby, close to Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller, and general shopping areas. The street / apartment itself are very quiet though. The negatives Our main issue was that although the apartment was reasonably clean, there was dog hair everywhere - a lot of dog hair, both on the floor and on both sofas. We actually put sheets over the sofas as we couldn't bring ourselves to sit on all the hair. The kitchen is quite small and as a result is quite cluttered - it's manageable, but would be frustrating if we cooked more often. The bathroom is also small and very dated. It's fine, but could use a little TLC. Given the cost of staying here, I think the apartment could use a little TLC. We booked very late so we're limited. All in all, we were happy with our stay, but think if we booked earlier we could get better value for money.
