This beautifully presented family run guest house is located in picturesque country side area of Cheltenham with views looking across the lower Cotswolds to the Famous Cheltenham Race Course. Situated at the bottom of Cleeve hill is this 6 bedroom farm house which can cater for individual twin room bookings or as a group booking of all four rooms. The accommodation also comprises of a Large communal lounge with Sky TV, a large conservatory complete with professional full size snooker table, Dining area and kitchen. Outside is a large peaceful garden set in 12 acres of farmland and stables. Horse stable and livery can be accommodated on request for extra charge.

The property is set in the country side but only a few minutes drive or long walk to Cheltenham race course. All rooms are gas central heated, 3 have en-suites and one has shared bathroom. You will be greeted with a warm welcome and cooked breakfast upon request.

The couple that run the B&B guest house are very friendly and helpful and will remain at the property during your stay but on a different floor. Whether you are visiting Cheltenham for the races, Cheltenham literature festival or looking for a quite break in the Cotswolds then they will make your stay as entertaining or relaxed as you desire.
