BLM land directly next to the property affords endless hiking opportunities right out the front door of this home. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch with endless views. Relax in the evening with a full kitchen for cooking and experience the spectacular night show from the 2nd story star gazing deck!

The space
From the moment you pull through the gates of this beautiful secluded estate, you’ll instantly begin to relax as you take in the tranquility of 60 rolling acres backed up the thousands of acres of picturesque Vermilion Cliff BLM land. This home is nestled between pinion pines and juniper trees and situated off a private road. It is conveniently located just 5 miles East from the center of the of town. Enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings without a long drive to dining, shopping and Kanab attractions!

The house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house, brand new! Master bedroom has a King sized bed, Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed.
Amazing modern decor with a kitchen, dining room and living room! The best part about this house is that it has a rooftop deck where you can go and star gaze! :)

Other things to note
The home is located off a private road near mile marker 60 on Highway 89. On the private driveway leading to the home there are two dips allowing for rain water that will not accommodate long wheelbase vehicles such as long trailers or motor homes. Please be aware that if we get a lot of rain, sometimes the dips/washes are unpassable so please don't attempt to drive a car through there until the flooding stops and the dips/washes are cleared out.

Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo. This event honors the western movie industry and highlights the 'High Noon' western parade, and much, much more.
