This resort-like property is set back from the road by a gated driveway, and only minutes from Nevada City, so it is private without feeling isolated.
The upstairs LOFT features an incredible 2000 sqft open concept, yet private, artsy space with too many cool features to list with sleeping, kitchen, living and full bath.

From the inside out, this property is magic and offers many features such as outdoor seating areas, pavilion, porches, and the list goes on. It is the perfect place to rest and relax whether you are walking, reading, meditating, or hanging out on the deck. It is also a great space to use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare dinner after a day at the Yuba or following up with hot coco and a game night in the colder seasons.
Perhaps after some time in this magical spot, you’ll want to begin exploring the diverse area. For those that enjoy nature and all that it has to offer you’ll be happy to know that we are 3 miles from the Yuba River and hiking trails begin at our driveway. The area is also renowned for white water rafting, biking, fishing, sailing, and more! The local towns also have a very rich history dating back to the 1800’s as mining towns. Those that enjoy history may want to explore the mining museum, old railroads, old mines and the like. Of course, for those that prefer dining, shopping and the arts, the nearby towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley are full of wonderful restaurants, theaters, art shows, concerts, and unique shops. Guest access
Guest renting the loft have access to the foyer, loft, outdoor upper deck and front outdoor sitting area.
---> The Bunk Room can be rented separately along with the LOFT but is NOT included in Loft rentals only.
---> The neighboring main ranch house on the property is rented separately and loft guests are asked to respect their privacy and not enter through the tan fence/gate separating the two spaces.
---> There are additional outbuildings on the property that are not included in the rental. Guest can rent the outdoor bar and gazebo space for a minimal fee. Please inquire.
Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are sent to the guests through Airbnb a few days prior to arrival by the property manager.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOKING:
Once booking, we ask that the house manual please be reviewed within 48 hours so we can address any questions. Our property manager will send out check-in instructions 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.

DISCLOSURES:
1. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: We do not accept 3rd party bookings. The person who is making the reservation will need to have their picture as their profile, be the person who checks-in and stays for the reservation duration on the property.
2. SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum number of overnight guests allowed on the property, being 4 guests max for the loft. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Please communicate with us directly for additional visitors coming to the property for approval.
3. EVENTS/PARTIES: The outdoor bar and gazebo are available to use for a minimal fee. Please clean up after yourself. For any parties or events, that include more than the overnight guests, must be approved in advance by the owners and a separate 'event fee' is charged. If an unauthorized party or event takes place fees will apply and you will be asked to vacate the property. Thanks in advance :)
4. TRASH CANS: ALL TRASH MUST BE KEPT INDOORS in the directed areas AT ALL TIMES. This is for your safety. There are animals in the area looking for Trash, do not leave any food or drink out at any point of stay. Thanks for your help.
5. SMOKING: Due to drought during the summer months, there is a strict no smoking policy on the property from June through August. During other months, smoking is allowed in designated outdoor locations using the provided ashtray. No smoking inside or ashes on the ground. Thank you!
6. PLEASE DO NOT START AN OPEN FIRE and NO FIREWORKS. We are in fire-country. NO BONFIRES.
7. THE PROPERTY SAFETY: The property is fully enclosed by a fence. The entrance gate should be kept closed for your safety in keeping animals out.
8. PETS: Dogs (no cats or other pets) are allowed with a $150 pet fee, per pet with a 2-dog maximum.
