In a dominant position, quiet, 10 minutes from SAINT-PAUL-DE-VENCE, with panoramic views of the hills, the sea and the Cap d 'Antibes, the villa, with pool, is surrounded by a 15 acre Mediterranean landscaped garden, in restanques.
Fully open to the outside, its large floor-to-ceiling windows bathes in light spaces.
The villa is located 25 minutes from Nice airport.

The space
The 190m2 villa consists of:

On the ground floor: 4 bedrooms, ( 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and 2 bedrooms with single bed 90 cm x 200 cm), 2 bathrooms, individual toilet, large games room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has a wardrobe dressing room.

Upstairs: a large living space with a living and dining room with panoramic views, a fitted kitchen.
A bedroom with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, with dressing wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside: a large terrace along the entire length of the house, with garden furniture, dining table for 10 people and bar table area.
At the back of the house: a swimming pool, secure with an access gate, 12 meters x 4 meters, with shaded pool house (fridge, sink).
Heated pool on request and at an additional cost.


Below the house: 2 to 3 parking spaces (maximum 3). Access to the house is by a steeply sloping private lane.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, the villa is not suitable for people with limited mobility because the grounds are in restanques. From the parking lot, a staircase allows access to the entrance to the house, which is on one floor.
The swimming pool is accessible by a staircase in the back of the house.
For a better experience, we recommend having your own vehicle because the Villa is located a 20-minute walk from the historic village of Tourrettes sur Loup.
Garbage cans cannot be left at the Villa and should be thrown at the collection point a 5 minute drive near the village. Please note in case of garbage bags left voluntarily, an additional cost of €70 to €100 may be requested via the Aircover Resolution Center provided for this purpose.

The Gas BBQ appliance has you of course made available to you, however it is up to you to manage the gas supply as well as you would buy charcoal for a wood grill.
