The space
Welcome to “My Canopy” our private home we love to share with you. Each room is designed with the personal touch of each family member. It is our family’s piece of sanctuary when we need to break away from our usual grind and spend quality time together under one roof, our canopy. So, we hope to extend the same priceless moments we’ve shared in our home as a family to friends and guests alike.
All six (6) bedrooms are with air-conditioning units and have their own toilet and bath. There are five (5) bedrooms on the upper floor and one (1) bedroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms have 2 double sized beds each and a sofa bed. The ground level of the house has a high-ceiling living room, lanai, dining room, kitchen, and karaoke room. Airconditioned common spaces include the karaoke room, formal dining, and kitchen.
Our place includes the use of our thermal pool which is warmed from 30°C to 34°C (not comparable to hotsprings) throughout the guests’ entire stay. There is also a kiddie pool convertible to jacuzzi upon request. Adult pool (14x4 meters) has a depth of 4 feet while the kiddie pool is 3 feet deep.
Guests can also enjoy the billiard, basketball arcade, arcade machines, chess set, and automatic mahjong at no additional costs. They may also lounge at our outdoor sunken deck with the view of the aquarium pool, or have our staff set up picnic tables at the garden area.
The place is equipped with Wi-Fi connection and has strong signal with major network providers.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire place although use of the bedrooms will depend on the number of guests booked.
BEDROOMS
• For 6-8 pax, you may use 3 bedrooms.
• For 9-12 pax, you may use 4 bedrooms.
. For 13-15 pax, you may use 5 rooms
• For 16+ pax, you may use all 6 bedrooms.
PARKING
We can accommodate up to 12 cars inside the gated compound. In addition to this, CCTVs are installed to monitor the safety of the vehicles.
Other things to note
Please note of the following information for the price:
Our base price is good for 6 guests and costs P20,800 per night on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and P23,800 per night on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
Our peak season (December 9-January 1) starts at P25,800 regardless if the date falls on a weekend or weekday.
In excess of 6 guests, there is a charge of P1,000 per head. Airbnb seems to accept bookings for only up to 16 guests. However, we can accommodate up to 30 overnight guests.
Kids and adults are charged the same rate but infants (2 years old and below) are free of charge.
For additional guests who will not be staying for the night, there is a charge of P800 per head. Event suppliers such as caterers, photographers, makeup artists, etc are considered as day guests.
We only allow 1 small, housetrained pet with a pet fee of P800 each.
Guest service fee on the breakdown is paid to Airbnb.
