Interaction with Guests
Whenever possible I will meet guests to show you around the space and give you the key. If I'm not available, I will have a friend come to meet you. I'm usually available by phone/email in case you need anything or have any questions.
Half a block from the Beaubien Metro station and a quick walk to the amazing Jean-Talon market, Little Italy cafes, Mile End bars and restaurants or the outdoor pool at Parc Jarry. Close to lots of restaurants (ranging from casual to upscale), grocery stores of all kinds, cafes, bike paths+Bixi station, and shopping. Downtown is easily accessible by metro (10-15 minutes). There is free parking on the street and surrounding area (although not always available directly in front of the house).
There is no smoking inside the house, but you can use either of the front or back balconies.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level.
Feel free to open the windows if it gets hot, but please close the windows if you're going out or if it's raining. Heat can be adjusted using the thermostats in the bedroom/kitchen/living room during the winter.
There is parking on the street, but some zones are by permit only. Check carefully before you park and if you can't find something on my street, there are usually spots on the next block up.
Please leave the apartment as clean as you found it.
