This cozy and comfortable apartment is completely renovated. The kitchen is separated from the other rooms, and there are two double sofa beds.
It is located in the heart of the historic city centre, in the "Barrio de la Judería." This famous area is very close to a lot of monuments, restaurants, and bars. This is a typical but entertaining area; it is full of history of the Sevillian cutlure.
The apartment is fully equipped. Towels and sheets are also included, and a crib and high chair are both available upon request.

We had a nice stay in Sevilla, the apartment was small but ok for two people. It is well located and you can walk to all the beautiful attractions of Sevilla. The host was very kind and showed us the apartment, the rooftop with the pool is really nice! Santiago is a quiet street and easy to reach. We recommend it!
Although we had to wait around outside the apartment for Fernando junior, when he did arrive, he was incredibly helpful. He showed us the apartment & the pool & then very kindly escorted us to a car park that was free & safe to leave our car. He gave us incredible recommendations for tapas (Los Coloniales, La Esclava which was closed as it was Monday BUT we found a fabulous little place close by called Az-Zait which was delicious) and then a place to see Flamenco called el Carboneria which is free to enter. It is an amazing place which has a flamenco show every night, followed by a sing song with a guy playing requests on the piano. We loved it so much we went on both nights of our stay. The staff were great fun too!!
The apartment itself is very compact but perfect for 2, in such a central location & with the added bonus of the rooftop pool.
I would highly recommend Fernando as a host & this apartment for it's location.
Thanks so much again for all your help Fernando - you really made our visit to Sevilla really special.

Nice appartment in the centre of the city
The flat had everything we needed, and was very well located - thanks very much for a great stay!
As everybody says, the Welcome team is friendly, nice and helpful. So no need to add more on this. The place is great if you aim to spend most of your time and eat outside. Location is great.
Honestly, I do not think the place can accommodate four people (all kitchen utensils fit 2 persons max). Two things important to point: Place is really humid and there is a light smell of moist, cleaning could be improved (There was food and dust left under the sofa bed).
Fernando's flat was great, very close to the station and convenient for the city centre. The appartment is much like a small hotel room so guests should know they will have to bring all supplies with them. Fernando was very communicative and helpful. Recommend.
Recommander.
Everything perfect!!! Nothing more to say!
We did not really meet Fernando personally but his assistant was helpful and attentive. The apartment is in the heart of Seville and is very nice, we enjoyed our stay in it and fell in love with Seville, its atmosphere, its restaurants, history, and culture.
Sebastian, Fernando's administrator was very kind, he agreed to keep some luggage while we went to Marrakesh. The apartment was nice and quiet. The only problem was that the TV disappeared the second to the last day. I texted and did not get any response, then called Fernando and asked about it. I was concerned that someone had come in to the flat. He did not know anything about the TV, nor did he call me to say what had happened. It was disturbing, since we had 3 computers in the flat and no explanation about what had happened.
Before our second visit, my husband emailed 3 times to confirm that time of our arrival: 00.30h. I, also, emailed to ask about the television from the previous visit. We did not receive any reply. When we arrived my husband called Fernando, who said to go to the apartment and we would be met there by Sebastian. Then he quickly called again and said that my husband had asked to check in the following night. At this point we were in a taxi heading to Seville on the long weekend of Immaculate Conception, Independence Day and a large horse show, the hotels were at 80% capacity. Also, we had both come back from Marrakesh with intestinal problems. When my husband asked if he could help us, he said that he could not. We had to go from hotel to hotel to hotel until we found one where we could stay. After about 20 minutes, Sebastian called to try to help. It was a very distressing situation. We arrived the next day at noon to the apartment and showed the various emails to Sebastian. He agreed that it had been their communication error. He compensated us for the hotel, but still spent extra money on taxis and, unfortunately, we had an extra move while we were both sick.
