We’re excited to share our beautiful, updated ocean view condo with you. 90 steps from the beach with fantastic views from our balcony. The Marylander features activities such as an indoor, heated pool & game room! Our condo is our home away from home and we stay many times throughout the year. The condo features an open floor plan, plenty of room for 5-7 with a sleep sofa. The kitchen/bathroom were fully renovated this year! Fresh paint throughout! Comfort & cleanliness are #1!

You will have access to our condo and balcony, the indoor, heated pool. You will also be able to use the second-floor family game room, reading nook and take advantage of the free covered parking spot.

Thank you in advance for treating our condo as if it were your own. We have spent an entire off season updating and renovating for everyone’s comfort. We really love ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ guests and do our very best to give you a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ condo to enjoy! It’s our happy place :)
Just a friendly reminder, we have a NO pet policy. We have a child with a severe allergy to dander so we DO NOT allow any animals in our condo. Also, there is no smoking, vaping or marijuana use at The Marylander, our condo, the balcony or halls. We really appreciate all our guests and appreciate you respecting our beautiful second home ☀️
