The unit comes with a shared outdoor patio space with a garden, beach chairs and accessories and Roku smart tv. The space
This is an adorable lofted studio apartment. Downstairs we have a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Upstairs is the spacious bedroom including king size bed.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Other things to note
No Pets (Minimum $250 charge for violations).

No Smoking/Vaping (Minimum $200 charge for violations).

Guests will be charged a minimum of $100 if they stay past 10 am check out without approval from host.
