Classic Paia surf condo located on the first floor of Kuau Plaza centrally located on Maui's north shore. Your private patio leads out to a large communal lawn and palm trees. Mama's hidden beach is only a two min walk, Ho'okipa a two minute drive, a 5 minute drive to Paia town with unique shopping and great restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to Haiku. You are perfectly positioned for your trip to Hana or Haleakala Crater.

The space
Recently purchased and upgraded with all new furniture.

Enjoy Maui's amazing north shore with all the comforts of home. The condo has everything you need for either a short or extended stay. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy meals. The unit is equipped with a brand new pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep two in addition to the king size bed in the master bedroom, a large flat-screen TV, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, AC unit only in the bedroom and high speed ceiling fans in both rooms.

We provide towels, linens, soap, shampoo and conditioner and blow-dryer. For the perfect beach day, there are beach chairs and towels. Pack 'n play in bedroom closet for infants.

There is a private laundry room on premise for guest access.

Digital front door lock for keyless access.

The unit features a modern digital electronic lock. No keys required! Easy self check in starts at 3pm. Check out at 11am.

Guests have access to everything in the condo with exception to the supply closet.

Other things to note
Marina is the Property Manager and will be your point of contact during your stay.

Extra towels, sheets and beach towels are located in the linen closet in the bathroom. Pillows and comforter for the pull out sofa are located in the master bedroom closet.

Due to housekeeping schedules, safety and Airbnb privacy policy, we are unable to offer early check in or late check out. We are also unable to accommodate the drop off of luggage prior to arrival or to store it after check out.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking or vaping of any substance indoors or on the lanais will result in automatic loss of deposit plus extra cleaning fees.
