Features multiple "independent" self catering units in the same building with fully functional kitchens. Coffee, tea, snacks, toiletries and all linen provided.
Unit 3 - Garden Unit - Monthly Rental Only
2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room which has a full size pull-out couch & 1 bathroom. For long term prefer to have only 2 people, additional cost for more people.
All units are no smoking and no pet policy. We can provide parking passes and WIFI. There is a in-unit washer dryer. We also provide linen and hair dryer.
We can also provide a small rollaway bed for an adult size 130 lb & 5'10", PackNPlay, booster seat for eating, an umbrella stroller and other kids items upon request.
All units may be rented together for large gatherings of up to 20 people. Perfect for hosting graduation / wedding / anniversary / re-union & business convention groups.
Winter monthly rates Jan & Fab: are from $1700/month + utilities, cleaning cost is $150 + 3% transaction fee.
Train - Fullerton Stop on Red or Brown Line - approx 10 min ride to downtown.
Bus stop - Fullerton & Racine 2 blocks away, or 3 blocks away is Lincoln & Racine stop
Other Things to Note
In the event of a mechanical malfunction or maintenance problem, we will make every effort to have repairs made as quickly as possible. No refunds will be made for appliance, plumbing or heating/air conditioning failure or maintenance issues. Landlord or the crew will have the right to enter this premises for repair/inspection reasons with a 24 hour (or shorter under an emergency) notice to the tenants.
We live in a quiet neighborhood and request quiet enjoyment. I would be happy to host you but we don't encourage loud parties or noise specially between 9:00 pm - 9:00 am.
We have hard wood floors and noise travels between units. In unit 1 or 2, if guests have little kids, we request them to please play sit down games with them early in the morning (before 9:00 am) or take them to the park or a walk if they are running around too much early in the morning. Walking without shoes also reduces noise. The lower level unit hears most noise. If you need complete silence then this unit will not work for you.
If you need to hang outside for a cigarette or something, please go to the East side of the building. We have chairs and a table there.
Normal Check in Time is 5:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. But we can be flexible with the times. Please let us know in advance about your times.
Please don’t leave any iron, stove, oven etc on unattended or when you leave home. Please don’t throw grease/fat down the drain as it blocks the drains, if there are bad odors as a result of cooking etc you will be charged for these or other damages.
Please do NOT use the Self Clean Mode on the oven. This is a known problem with the ovens. Very high temperatures upto 900 will destroy the electronic components in the oven. If this happens then the guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the stove.

We request that you please leave the apartment in a clean condition. Please put ‘all’ linen in the washer and then dryer (We don't want you to stress out over laundry, we understand that all guests can't always do it due to their schedules. Even if you can do one load, we appreciate your help). All dishes in dish washer and then please run the dishwasher. Please take the trash out to the bins on the East side of the building.
