Bright open space apartment located in the heart of Pigneto district, one of the most interesting neighbourhoods of Rome.
The apartment has a living room furnished with a very comfortable couch facing a satellite TV broadcasting International information channels (BBC World News, Al Jazeera, France 24), a separate kitchenette, and a dining room.
The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the apartment by a bookshelf which creates a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, that can be used as shower as well, and a washing machine.
Both the living room and the bedroom have a skylight that allows natural light during the day, making the apartment very sunny. The skylights are provided with blinds.
The apartment is equipped with a high-speed wireless Wi-Fi internet connection, autonomous hot water supply, hair dryer, and iron.
The accommodation, that is perfect for a couple, will be reserved entirely for you , so you can enjoy your holiday in the utmost privacy and relaxation.
The apartment is 1 minute walk from the pedestrian area of Pigneto which is peppered with lots of restaurants, wine bars, and cafès. Neverthless, its location in a very quiet apartments condo gives you the chance to choose between the lively atmosphere of this dynamic neighbourhood and a quiet evening at home withouth being bothered by the noise of the abuzz nightlife of Pigneto.
The apartment is well connected to Termini Railway Station either by bus or tram (15 minutes). Also, it is very close to San Lorenzo district, another lively neighbourhood which can be easily reached by walking. Besides, it is 15 minutes by bus to the Colosseum, and therefore to city centre. The bus stop is 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Besides being a lively area during the night, Pigneto has a characteristic vibe during the day as well, thanks to the well-established fruit and vegetable market where old grannies with shopping trolleys mix with young people to buy the freshest produce from friendly vendors. An atmosphere that recalls Pier Paolo Pasolini’s and Roberto Rossellini’s Rome!
Definitely an experience to live!
I do care about the apartment that is the one I live in and I expect you to show the same care as if it was yours.
I don't like to have people that party in my apartment, that is why I'd rather rent it to someone that is in some way responsible, it is definitely not an apartment for young guys, more for couples or family.
Sabrina was a wonderful host who communicated with us very quickly and thoroughly. We felt very comfortable in her place and enjoyed our entire stay. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, cozy and had everything you could need for a great stay in Rome. The main sights and city center were all easily accessible by public transit with a bus and tram stop just around the corner. Sabrina left us lots of information about the area as well as some little welcome goodies. We would recommend Sabrina's apartment for anyone looking to stay in Rome, but outside the busy centre.
