Guest access
You will have access to the whole BASEMENT apartment which includes a dining room/kitchenette area, a washer and dryer, a bedroom, a bathroom, and the backyard. No access is allowed to any other part of the home.

Other things to note
My wife, son (2.5 yrs old), and golden retriever live upstairs. We are very respectful, quiet, and easygoing. However, if you are looking for the quietest of stays this may not be the place for you. Loud noises and talking may be heard in other parts of the house and there are some dogs that occasionally bark next door. We will keep our noise down at all times but specifically from 9 pm-7 am and hope you do the same. You may come and go as you please through the private entrance using the keypad. This is a basement apartment and the thermostat is controlled upstairs in the main house. If it needs to be adjusted contact us and we will adjust it for you.

Our home is located in a beautiful neighborhood just around the corner from gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. We are located 6 mins away from Stetson Park where you can walk the 5-mile sand creek trail and 9 mins from Sandstone Park. We are less than 2 miles from numerous shopping centers and restaurants. Just a short drive away from Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, Downton Colorado Springs, Red Rock Canyon, USAFA, and Manitou Springs. We would love to host you!
