Shortly after Becky arrived with her family I popped by for a personal visit to make sure the villa was OK and to see if there was anything we could assist with.
I was advised that the A/C in the twin single room was dripping water and that Becky was having difficulty in changing the empty water bottle in the mineral water dispenser.
We immediately sent our maintenance dept to the villa the next day to attend to the A/C which was fixed right away.
I left Becky my business card with my direct phone number and advised that if there was anything else we could assist with to please call anytime, so it is rather disappointing to read comments in this review.
We urge all guests to notify us right away for any issues in any of the 600+ villas we look after.
With regards to the bathrooms, I must say that I do not share Becky's view, all bathrooms are spacious, fitted with twin wash basins, and are modern.
We will immediately look into the matter of broken pool tiles.
All our staff are trained to change the towels and linens regularly, there is a fully stocked store room with plentiful supply of fresh towels and linens, and this complaint will be looked into immediately. The decor of the bedrooms is of course a matter of personal taste, and other guests have commented the exact opposite.

Villa Aisha III is in the very best central location, short wall to all, and with over 35 internet reviews posted on multiple sites this is the first complaint we have had.
We take all criticism very seriously and will take immediate remedial action for all the matters mentioned.
We do disagree that the villa is overpriced, we market a large selection of 5 bedroom family villas in the central area, Aisha III is 1 of our most popular and always well booked, and until now well reviewed.
