Newly refurbished appartment in the centre of Rome, with two gorgeous, light and spacious rooms, complete with double beds, wardrobes and desks, and two private bathrooms with washbasin and shower, just a short walk from the most important sightseeings of the city and Termini Station where the trains from the Fiumicino Airport drops off, the location is extremely convenient for a quiet yet connected visit to Rome.
You can use a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need!!!
10 minutes on foot from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, 5 minutes on foot from Termini and Repubblica metro stations (line A) and Castro Pretorio (line B). Bus stops providing easy access to the Colluseum and Piazza Venezia situated only 150m from the apartment.
You can reach the Vatican in only 15 minutes with the metro or by bus from Termini Station.
It is a short walk to a supermarket, a great pizza spot, restaurants, gelato spot, McDonald's, pubs and a metro stop that could easily take you to all the main attractions if you didn't feel like walking. Everyone likes to stay near the train station, but this is just the perfect distance away.
The apartment was as profiled and was clean. I found Leonardo to be prompt in my email communication with him. We are a family of four and found the apartment spacious enough for the short period we stayed. They are certainly good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. My only critical observations surrounded the showers and bathrooms. The hot water was luke warm at best and the bathroom design and fit out is a bit dated - but there is two bathrooms which was a bonus. Having said that we were met at check in by Ivan who assisted us carrying our bags up to the apartment and gave us some great advice on things to see and do whilst in Rome, travel out to the airport and places to eat around the city. All this advice was correct and he even supplied us a map of Rome. The apartment is about a 5 to 7 minute walk from Roma Termini station and in walking distance to many of the city's tourist attractions. We felt safe in this part of Rome and overall found the apartment to be good value for money.
Unit is very close to the Termini train station and Republica square, has two bathrooms and new kitchen. It is spaceous. Lao and Ivan wete great in communication and flexible with check in/out time. Please note this unit is at the busy street and noisy due to thr traffic until late night.
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Rome. It is in a convenient location and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one.
The location is PERFECT! It is near the train station/bus station. When you go down every morning there is a mini flea market selling clothes, fruit and vegetable stand and a delicious bakery.Theres a laundry place, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I arrived very early in the morning which was very good of Leo to be flexible for us to leave our stuff while it was being cleaned. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms needed a little cleaning with some mildew and stuff but was tolerable. Only thing problem we had was lifting our luggages up the stairs (4 flights), but otherwise I would recommend this place!
Thank-you Leonardo. We had a great visit to Rome. Your place is convienently located nearby the Termini station and a pleasant place to stay.
This is a huge, beautifully done up apartment, walking distance from Termini station, the heart of Rome's public transport system. Leonardo was at hand to check us in and handled the whole process very well. The only negative about the apartment is that it is on the third floor with no elevator. However gentleman that he is, Leonardo helped us get our luggage up. We spent only one night in this apartment, but given its location and how good and roomy the whole place is, if we go back to Rome, this would definitely be one of our first choices to stay.
The apartment is large with two big rooms that are the same size. Two good size bathrooms and equipped kitchen. Both rooms had tv's and windows. It is located close to Rome's major subway and another local station so getting around was easy and we felt very safe in the area. The host Leonardo met us at the apartment and was very helpfull. He had a large bottle of water in each room (greatly appriciated as it was a hot 35deg day) he also provided a great map of the city and pointed out things to see, stations, and recomended restaurants. We walked from the apartment to the Spanish steps and Trevino fountain etc. We had a great stay with no problems.
El apartamento de Leonardo esta en una ubicacion perfecta! No tuve la oportunidad de conocer mucho a Leonardo pero su apartamento es muy comodo y limpio!
Everything went absolutely fine... Leonardo was very nice and answered all our questions. The appartment was well located, not far from the city center, it is clean and pretty. I can totally recommend the appartment. I hope to visit Rome again in the future.
Apartment very well located, close from Termini Station (about 10-15 minutes walking).
Easy check-in and check-out. Two big rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
It's a nice apartment, well located and quiet, but if you have extra luggage like I had, it's better be prepared to climb up 3 floors without elevator.
