Cortez Hill has been a San Diego residential neighborhood on the hub of downtown for over a century. It is located on the cusp of the City's Open Space and nightlife/shopping/dining scene. The residents are mostly Young Working Professionals, Older Civic Types, and the harmless homeless population - an attribute of America's Finest City and its weather.
I recommend getting around in this order:
