I live in this property full time, though, open my home to AirBnb guests either when I travel, or weekend mates who need to crash on the sofa for less ($$). When I have scheduled travel dates, I will drop my prices!! - Immaculate and New Condo in Downtown San Diego with NEW BED SHEETS for EVERY Rental - Walking distance to Little Italy, Petco Park, Balboa Park, East Village, Gaslamp Quarter. If you rented from me before, ask me for a VIP discount!!!

Includes: Parking (if necessary - please consider foregoing a rental car waste of $$ for this trip), Very Basic Cable, Fitness Center, Pool, Jacuzzi, common area Beach Fire Pit complete with Cabanas.

The Neighborhood

Cortez Hill has been a San Diego residential neighborhood on the hub of downtown for over a century. It is located on the cusp of the City's Open Space and nightlife/shopping/dining scene. The residents are mostly Young Working Professionals, Older Civic Types, and the harmless homeless population - an attribute of America's Finest City and its weather.
