WELCOME TO NORTH LONDON!

This newly refurbished and decorated 3 bed flat is great value for money.

It offers a brand new swedish kitchen with new appliances, a modern new bathroom and has everything you will need for an excellent base in North London.

The best feature of the home is that it is very conviniently located
in a trendy spot and you can walk to the tube, buses, restaurants, coffee shops and a huge park leading to Hadley Woods , the fishing lake and sports grounds. The entrance to the park is a 2 minute walk and it leads to woods and a big lake where you will feel like you are in the middle of the countryside.

The accomodation is perfect for a max of 6 guests.There is a king, and 3 twin beds. If you need a 6 th sleeping space you can use one of the two sofa beds in the living room OR we can supply a portable twin bed.

LIVING ROOM: Spacious with lots of light from large window.High speed internet , New screen tv, comfortable sofa's [ which also double up as sofa beds] , wood laminate floors, Contemporary black granite fireplace, Double laptop desk.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with quality appliances and travertine stone floor.New everything: dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer.
The kitchen is large enough to eat in and is stocked with spices and condiments.

BATHROOM: brand new bath. Fully tiled with silver metal and white tiles. Black granite floors.Stocked with ample towels .

BEDROOM 1 : King sized bed, laminate floors, big wardrobes.

BEDROOM 2: 2 twin beds with room for a 3rd twin bed by request.

OTHER SLEEPING OPTIONS: There are 2 sofa beds in the living room

All beds have down duvets .There is a spare change of linens convinient for longer stay guests who want to do there own washing. We do have a housekeeper whois also happy to provide her cleaning services for longer term guests .

There is also a place to sit outside - like a roof terrace- with a 6 place table and chairs .

The area is Barnet. It is on the NORTHERN LINE. You are able to walk to the tube station in just 10/15 minutes or catch a bus a few stops. There are many buses to take you anywhere you need to go in London.

The spires shopping center is just down the street and there are many shops, cafes, restaurants and a library within walking distance.
Best of all- if you want to get away from the hussle and bustle of london for a beautiful walk there is a stunning large park and Hadley commons close by. You are also close to a sports park, the local market for fresh fruit / veg and the local fish and chip shop is just 10 minutes away.
You do not need a car from this location as everything you could possibly need is close by.
High Barnet tube is on the Northern line- which gets you into kings cross in less than 20 minutes. The second closest tube is Oakwood or Cockfoster's on the piccadilly line. Finchley is a short bus ride away and you can catch a direct bus or train to chalk farm, Camden market,Brent cross, Golders green, Hampstead- in under 30 minutes.

Clean, comfy and convenient - the place is ideal as an ideal base to tour London. Down the hill is all that London has to offer, up the hill and you are in London's Green belt and endless country walks through untouched woodland - even the field where Richard III fought the Battle of Barnet. A short walk to Barnet tube, stop at Carlucci's for breakfast not he way. Terrific.

Rachel was really a nice host. Truly friendly understanding guests needed. And host us with an amazing flat just feel like home. Convince store just downstairs and she always fix your require at the first minute. Most recommended to all traveler here in airbnb.

Although we didn't get the chance to meet, Rachel was a fantastic host who was easily contactable and always willing to go out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. There is nothing at all that I could fault Rachel with and would definitely use properties that she hosts again. I love her positive energy and 'can do' attitude and nothing was ever any trouble for her. I wish there were more honest people out there such as her. Her flexibility was terrific especially with our circumstances and quite frankly I don't know what we would have done without her. The area is a busy one, being a high street with lots of convenient shops, restaurants and banks within walking distance. It was very handy having a convenient store downstairs. It's easy to get anywhere by public transport. The accommodation itself fitted the six of us very easily with room to spare and with good amenities. A few problems with gas and electricity at first but it was soon sorted. Afterwards, it was constantly warm and had hot water.
