Elisa's house is great! Super location, very clean. The house is very well organized and has everything you need. We stayed with our two kids.

I love this this house has 100% eco friendly cleaning materials! Elisa was really pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. Her property manager was also nice to deal with. I think this house is great for people who enjoy a cozy atmosphere and little need for privacy. It's a perfect place for an intimate gathering or sleepover!

This is a great little cozy house on a quiet street. Everything worked well and has been well maintained. The glass "gravel" at the front of the house is really unique and you can tell that a lot of care has been kept in the place to make it a great vacation rental. If you are looking for a place close enough to downtown to walk, but far from the crazy and noise, look no further, this is the perfect place.

Great place to stay and good location. The summer house has plenty of living space both indoors and out and is close to lots of good restaurants and food trucks. Definitely recommend!

Visited Austin for a girls' trip, and Elisa's home was just what we needed. The location, while outside of downtown, was great. Right across the street from food trucks (including Torchy's and Gordough's donuts), and walking distance to restaurants and shops on both First ave and S. Congress. Short drive (RideAustin, Uber of Lyft) to downtown or Barton Springs. We probably spent 50% of the time downtown (so used ride share), and 50% within walking distance. House itself worked well for 4 girls. Very clean and uncluttered, space to lounge inside and out. There is only 1 shower (other bathroom has a bathtub), so that took a bit of coordinating, but worked just fine. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets if needed. Places visited: Torchy's, Guerra's (find another mexican place - not great), Austin Hotel, Magnolia cafe, Barton Springs, 6th ave and Rainey street, Irene's (great), Graffiti hill, Terry Black's BBQ, the bats

This house was perfect for our "friends trip" this past Memorial Day weekend. It was a perfect size, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We took advantage of the food trucks right across the street, as well as the yummy Thai restaurant. The house is also an easy walking distance to South Congress and a great central location in general. Highly recommended!

Elisa User ProfileElisa is a superhost.

I grew up in Texas and graduated from UT, and haven't had the chance to live in Texas since. When my sister decided to attend UT, my husband and I knew we would want visit regularly since we both love Austin- the people, the music, the food, etc. I hope you love it as much as we do!
