The space

In the listed district of the cathedral, 40 m2 charming studio apartment, large private bathroom with beautiful view onto the tiled roof-tops of Toulouse centre. In the antique-dealer district but equally well-served for restaurants, bars, art galleries and museums. One minute walk from two metro stations, buses or Velib (city bikes to rent). WIFI and air conditioning.
PLEASE, IF YOU ARE TALLER THAN 1M80 IT WOULD ME MORE COMFORTABLE TO LOOK FOR THE FLOOR BELOW CALLED " Authentic eighteen century cocoon"

While the studio is self-contained, it doesn't include a kitchen but just a fridge, a kettle and a microwave, some crockery and cutlery.

The studio is the 4th and last floor of an eighteen century town house built on a sixteenth century cellar. The ceiling is low but charming with the original beams, the floors are also made with the original terra cotta .There is a big bedroom with a double bed, a small dressing room, a small living room and a big bathroom with an old bath and a modern shower.

There are 3 public parking within 5 minutes walk from the house.
