PLEASE, IF YOU ARE TALLER THAN 1M80 IT WOULD BE MORE COMFORTABLE TO LOOK FOR THE FLOOR BELOW CALLED " Authentic eighteen century cocoon"

While the studio is self-contained, it doesn't include a kitchen but just a fridge, a kettle and a microwave, some crockery and cutlery.

The studio is the 4th and last floor of an eighteen century town house built on a sixteenth century cellar. The ceiling is low but charming with the original beams, the floors are also made with the original terra cotta .There is a big bedroom with a double bed, a small dressing room, a small living room and a big bathroom with an old bath and a modern shower.

There are 3 public parking within 5 minutes walk from the house.

I am a retired dentist who used to work in Toulouse and living now in Nice. My husband is a dancer and choreographer in contemporary dance so I travel a lot following the touring of the company. I studied Art History at the same time as dentistry and I love architecture and decorative arts especially Art Deco and 18th century. I like to create stylish homes and to share them with friends or guests.
