The kitchen has a 4pc stove, big fridge, water cooker, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine.
Use of bed linens and towels are included.
Wireless internet included.
The price of electricity is not included.
Smoking is only allowed outside the house at the front or back porch.
We (family with 2 teenage daughters) just came back from a stay at Rianne's house. It's decorated with great care, very well equipped (arico in the bedrooms! Kitchen! Wifi!) and close to Willemstad, beaches, airport and a big supermarket. Rianne was very nice and responded very quickly to our questions. She put us in contact with someone who rented us a cheap, but comfortable car. So all our expectations were reached and if we go back we will def rent Rianne's house again.
Riannes house was the perfect stay during our 2 weeks for me and my family.
It was fully equipped with everything what we need, had enough space for all and the second bathroom was very helpful for us.
The location of the house, with very good neighbourhood was optimum for us, 10 minutes to Willemstad and not so far from the lovely beaches as well.
Rianne gave us a lot of helpful Information and advice, she also organized a rental car with very good conditions, so we had a wonderful and very relaxed time.
For our next visit in Curacao we will stay in Riannes house again.
Thanks Rianne !!
Riannes house was the perfect place for us. It has everything you need and is located in a safe neighborhood. It is a little bit outside of Willemstaad so a rental car is highly recommended but Rianne has a friend of whom we rented a car and it was perfectly fine. Rianne gave us some good advice where we could do our grocery shopping, where we could get a drink in walking distance and how to get to town by bus.
All in all we had a very good time!
The Cosy Family Home was perfect for our stay! It is in a good location; central to trips to downtown, the east coast and the west coast. It was close to the central Supermarket as well. We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning. The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood was quiet for sleeping at night.
Thank you Rianne for opening up your lovely home for us to stay. It was a great trip to Curacao!
Our stay in Curacao was wonderful. Beautiful beaches, plenty of sunshine and welcoming people. Rianne was a perfect hostess providing us pleasant days in her home. She was amazing, helpful and we just wanted to say thanks.
My family stayed in Rianne's house for a week and had an excellent stay. The house is really lovely, very clean, with comfortable furniture and beautiful mosaics, artwork, gardens, and a washing machine. There are two lovely covered outdoor spaces: a big back patio with a large dining table and a cozy front porch surrounded by beautiful plants, with a view to the ocean over the rooftops. There are several fans and airco in two bedrooms. We ended up using airco mostly for noise control as we slept, as there is a bit of traffic noise and dogs barking. Location is great, in a residential neighborhood, but less than a ten-minute drive to the city center. (Or, if you want to be adventurous, there is also a bus stop just down the street. Buses are safe and very cheap, but the system can be a bit confusing, as there is no system map and the printed schedule is only available from the main bus station in town. We ended up using buses to get around Willemstad, but rented a car for a trip to out-of-town beach.)
Rianne was very easy to work with and responded promptly to all emails. I highly recommend her place and if we ever get back to Curaçao again, we would definitely stay there.
I am a webdesigner, originally from the Netherlands, and I've been living and working in Curacao since 1992. With my husband and our 12 year old son Alex, I live in Otrobanda, the historic center of Curacao, that's at the Unesco World Heritage list.
My family is still living in Holland but my parents visit us every year for about 4 months, during their winter time. Then they stay in their own house, which is for rent during the other 8 months of the year.
