HOW TO GET INTO THE HOUSE
Once in front of the wood main door of the house, you will see a garden. You get in and you just go up on the stairs in front of you. There is the entrance of the 'villino'. You will find the key to get in in a little jar in the veranda near the entrance.
Interaction with Guests
Gea will be always available for you. You can reach her by phone, (website hidden), what's app, viber, email.
The house is up on a hill with green olive trees facing the village. You can walk to the center in five minutes and find good markets, restaurants, pubs and discos if you like the vibrant night life of the hot Sardinian summer. The most interesting thing about this place is the diversity of its location. San Teodoro is full of so many different landscapes, as well so many different atmospheres depending on the time of year. It can be very crowded and have lots of movement in August, yet silent, calm, and contemplative in spring or autumn. I find it gorgeous even in winter when only the locals are around.
San Teodoro is a pretty village right next to the Costa Smeralda. Strategically located, you will discover clean well kept pure white sand beaches as well as an unpolluted wilderness with beaches like you would find in the Caribbean. No palm trees though, typical green Mediterranean vegetation instead. The sea water is so clear and transparent that you can see your toe nails !
Other Things to Note
*** For animal lovers: There are two wild cats in the street. If sometimes you want to buy some cat food or feed them with rests of your meal, they will be very happy. You have just to put the food in a plastic box on the soil in the garden during the night. At morning it will be disappeared. Cats prevent snakes and rats hanging out in the garden. They are useful. Thanks to feed them.

Reminders for Guests
1) Electricity is limited to 3 kw. Don't turn on many appliances at the same time. If the electricity fails , you have to go up to the end of the street (on the right) and you will see 4 electrical boxes. The first one on the right, with CUCCU written on it, is the one you have to flip up in order to turn the electricity back on.
2) Water is not drinkable. It is ok for cooking and washing, but not for drinking.
3) Sardinia does not have much water. Please don't waste it.
4) Watering the garden is something we really appreciate and the plants do too. Let's help them survive.
5) Gas for the stove comes from downstairs. If there is no more, you can go downstairs where the water hose is, and change the pipe from one container to the other. The second one is probably full of gas.
6) The garbage bins are located on the street following Via Liguria on the right. There are more bins in a parking lot on the left just before the Salsero restaurant. You can also find bins in the center of the village.
7) Please do not leave any dirty dishes and try not to use all of the sheets and towels. Sometimes it is difficult to wash and dry them in time if guests arrive the same day you leave.
8) Please try to leave the apartment in good condition for the following guests.
Gea's place was perfect for our stay in San Teodoro.
The flat has ample space, great facilities (coffee makers, beach towels, lots of basic kitchen/bathroom supplies, washing machine, etc), and a wonderful roof terrace with views over the surrounding countryside which was perfect for a lazy breakfast or relaxing bbq in the evening. The location is close enough to the centre of town to walk, but far enough out to be away from the noise and also close to the motorway if you want to visit other towns/beaches.
Gea was also very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had.
Would definitely recommend it.
The house is nice and clean.
Thou, we spent most of the time at the beach, we enjoyed our breakfast in the lovely terrace.
gea's place in san teodoro was amazing. a perfect apartment home. 2 bedrooms. a great kitchen. a nice bathroom. everything clean and sparkling. and a big terrace overlooking mountains and the setting sun every night. my girlfriend and I spent a week there and loved it. we had a rental car, which we suggest having, and with it you are 3 minutes from the adorable town center, and 5 to 15 minutes away from incredible beaches like la cinta, Porto taverna, coda cavallo and more. highly recommended. we had a great time.
The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Gea was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful stay!
A great, comfortable and quite place to enjoy San Theodoro. We had everything we needed and would chose Gea's place anytime again. (The terrace is especially nice) :)
Gea was very hospitable and she always made herself available if we had any questions.
On our arrival, we found the flat really clean and supplied with all that was necessary to have a cosy stay... also the flat is really close to the beach and supermarkets and nice little bars with live music at night...
We would surely recommend this and would definitely stay there again in the future!
Paolo & Bernadette
We stayed at the flat in Sardinia for a few days with my family. Gea is a very warm and welcoming host; she was there when we arrived and explained how everything works.
The house itself has a very generous terrace which we enjoyed in the evenings and in the morning for breakfast. The barbecue is fantastic!
It can get a bit loud at night as there is a very popular night club close by, but generally it is a very good location close to the town center in a quiet area.
