Outstanding hospitality
4 recent guests complimented Cindy for outstanding hospitality.
This rustic two-bedroom cabin sits above the boathouse overlooking Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks. Includes a private deck and access to the grounds including the docks, the beach and firepit. Enjoy quiet week in the heart of the Adirondacks.

The space
The cabin feels like you are in a tree house. You have amazing views of the Lake and the rest of the property.

Guest access
There's a sandy beach, dock and fire pit for your use. We have boats for rent and offer guests a 10% discount on pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, and sunfish sailboats.

Other things to note
All of our other cabins are rented for a full week but we left Eagle's Nest open for long weekends and mid-week getaways to attract a younger guest or family with small children who may not be able to get away for the entire week. We prefer if you clean the cabin yourself so it is ready for the next guest. (and I can keep instant booking on) There is a cleaning fee of $50 if you choose not to clean it yourself before you leave. Most guests choose to clean it themselves. It is up to you but you need to let us know in advance. Thank you.

Location

Old Forge, New York, United States

Old Forge is a lovely, historic town in the Adirondacks. We have a trailhead at the end of the street. Plenty of hiking and swimming and boating. The restaurants are good. We like Great Pines (The Leanto pub and a fine dining restaurant. The Woods Inn (fine dining and sunset drinks) Daikers (Pub Food and live music at night) and Screamin' Eagle (Pizza) all accessible by boat and car! Oh and the Mountainside for BBQ.
