* Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the situation of the guests before and after and the cleaning schedule. (We cannot accept requests during long holidays such as the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.)

* If you have more than 2 cars, please contact us so that we can provide information on nearby parking lots (charged). Please refrain from parking on the street as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
■Information on neighborhood supermarkets, etc.
Facilities where you can shop within walking distance are near the Ninodaira Iriguchi bus stop (Seven-Eleven) and in front of Chokoku-no-Mori Station (Lawson). Please have a meal nearby (near Gora Station) before check-in, or prepare ingredients before coming. There is no supermarket nearby. (Information on nearby supermarkets will be sent by message. Hakone Sengokuhara and Odawara city)

Other things to note
We would appreciate it if you could enjoy your stay by observing the following rules.
When your reservation is confirmed, you agree to the following.
■If the number of guests exceeds the reservation without notice, we will charge 10,000 yen per person per night.
■If it is found that the room equipment has been soiled, damaged, or taken home, we will charge you additional costs including the costs incurred in purchasing a replacement product, the corresponding costs, and the repair costs. (You will be billed for the costs incurred at that time.)
■A fine of 50,000 yen plus tax will be charged if you make noise or behave in a manner that is a nuisance to the neighborhood (after 21:00 to 8:00 the next day).
■No smoking in the room. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) outside the entrance is possible, but please be sure to put out fires and dispose of cigarette butts. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 30,000 yen plus tax.
■We will charge a fine of 30,000 yen + tax if there is illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood.
■We do not allow pets to enter the room. If there is any evidence of being brought without permission, we will charge a fine of 30,000 yen + tax. If you bring your pet, you can bring it up to the entrance, but please prepare a cage and toilet seat. Also, be sure to let us know by message.
■BBQ, bonfires, and fireworks are not permitted. If you do it without permission, you will be charged a fine of 30,000 yen + tax.
■If you do not contact us by the day before and do not leave by the check-out time, we will charge you a fine of 30,000 yen + tax.
■Security cameras are installed outside the entrance for identity verification and crime prevention as required by law.
■Do not wear shoes inside the room. Also, please refrain from going outside wearing indoor slippers.
■Please do not open locked storage.
■Staff will not clean the room during your stay.
* For long-term stays, please contact us for room maintenance and garbage disposal (fees apply).
■About handling of gas equipment
Gas outages may occur due to continuous use of equipment that uses gas.
Continuous use of gas, such as when supplying hot water to a shower or bathtub, may cause the gas to stop working, so please turn off the gas and use it again after use.
■The Hakone area is located in a national park rich in nature. Many animals (wild boars, raccoon dogs, palm civets, bats, snakes, geckos, etc.) and insects (ants, centipedes, spiders, etc.) live here. We check it when cleaning, but please understand that there may be some imperfections.
* Wild boars are especially dangerous, so please do not irritate them even if you see them.
■Please check again before checking out.
・Please separate garbage. You can leave the garbage bags after sorting.
・Please lock the doors, turn off the lights, and turn off the air conditioners and heaters. Please return the key to the entrance to the key box after confirming that it is locked. (For electronic locks, press the LockState button.)
・Before checking out, please do a simple cleaning (tidy up).
(If the host decides that it is extremely dirty, we will charge an additional fee.)
＊Area precautions
●In winter (November to March), the road surface may freeze after it rains or snows.
・If you come by car, please be sure to wear studless tires or bring chains for normal tires.
・Even if the car does not move, the host will not be able to deal with it.
・For guests who have reserved a rental car, please inform the rental car company that you will be installing studless tires at the time of reservation.
