  • We only stayed in Tim's place one night, and the house was fine for that one night, but if we had stayed in Atlanta any longer we would probably have found somewhere else. Tim is a great host, and the room was incredibly cheap which was obviously a positive but the neighbourhood seemed pretty sketchy and the house itself was not quite what we expected. A lot of the rooms are only divided by curtains, rather than doors (our room did have doors but they didn't shut completely). Luckily there was only one other person in the house while we were staying there, but to get to the bathroom we had to walk through the room she was sleeping in (again only separated by curtains). Had the house been full we would have to walk through two people's bedrooms to get there. As I say, the room was very cheap, and close to the city, and Tim seems like a great host, but you have to be prepared for the 'communal' nature of the set up.

  • We had a wonderful stay in Atlanta at Tim's place. The house is lovely and has everything you could need. It's in a nice quiet spot but is close enough to the train to get around easily. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta

  • Tim's housing is really cool - I was travelling to Atlanta for a single night and found what I needed in his accommodation.

Added to that, Tim is a nice guy, willingful to help his guests.

About
I am a very relaxed and easygoing and open minded guy looking to host people and make new friends around the world. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since I was a kid it was a dream of mine to own my own bed and Breakfast. I lived in my home on Tift Ave for almost eleven years. I have hosted many friends and travelers from around the world in my historic home. Now that I found out about Air BNB, I am opening my home to you. I now have four properties close to downtown Atlanta two in historic Capital View neighborhood and two in Historic Adair Park neighborhood. they are both very close to downtown and walking distance from the marta train station and bus stops so Its very easy to get around the city without the need for a car. Several of the homes also can be booked entirely for larger groups.I also have many hostel spaces available great for travelers on a budget. I love to share travel stories drink good wine and eat good food. I like almost anything as far as food goes and red and white white alike as well as a good beer. I really don't have any major rules just be a polite guest as I will be a great host and even show you around if you need me to. I also love the outdoors and know some great places to hike in Atlanta. I also love to cook, drink wine or beers and eat good food and have a Nice large kitchen for you to make yourself at home in as well as each house has a great private backyard and fire pit and large front porches, The house I live at on Tift Ave has a hot tub that's great for skinny dipping and also has 3 cats and a small dog you will love. My other 3 properties do not have any animals unless a guest happens to have one.
