The location is in Azabu Juban which lies in Minato Tokyo.

I stayed here for a month, and I feel thoroughly ripped off. Dan was helpful arranging a quick move in, and would respond to my emails, but I paid over $1500 to live here, and got probably half that value considering all the crap that came along with this apartment:
Here are just some of the things that ruined it for me:
-Kitchen is too small to do anything in. There is no space for food. Additionally, there were no knives...
-on four separate occasions the same couple living two floors above would get into hour-long screaming matches. The last fight ended with the girl walking around the apartment building in only a bra...
-the fridge was DOA, and when I told them about it, I was told that they knew about the fridge, but assured me that they confirmed with the manufacturer that it was a particular model that didn't get cold, yet still made a lot of noise. Needless to say, I asked for a replacement, which i was able to use for only half my stay. The kicker is that they requested I hold the old fridge in the room until the end of my stay....
-I had potentially important government documents being mailed to me, but they would not let me check my mail. Only upon leaving did they check my mail for me.
-I was promised a parking space for my bike, and when I used it, the landlord saw me and then told me that he was going to let me use that same space. I thought it had all been worked out, he got very offended. For the remainder of my stay the landlord treated me like a criminal
-even after all the crap I had to deal with, they would not let me check out at night, even though it was a work day. .
I paid full price and got only a portion of the full package.
AVOID THIS PLACE
The best thing this apartment has going for it is the location. It is conveniently located right next to the Azabujuban metro stop which gets you easily into the train system to get anywhere in Tokyo. Locally, its about a 5 minute walk to the two main walking streets in the area which have a nice selection of shops, restaurants and stores. Roppongi Hills is about a 15 minute walk with Roppongi and Tokyo Midtown just a little further beyond.
(Location/Directions Removed). As for the inside, the main source of natural light is the door out to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the inside curve of the building with the walkway leading to the other units overlooking your bedroom. The bed and bedding is as basic as you can get. The mattress is very hard, covered by a thin white sheet. A single small pillow and comforter complete the set. Take the bedding off and you'll find an old and yellowing pillow and comforter that have clearly been in use for some time. The unit does not come furnished with any sort of general convenience items such as towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc., and would have to be picked up upon arrival. Laundry can be done just down the street at a local laundromat. As for the kitchen nook, it comes with a couple plates and cups but no pots or pans to cook with. The fridge is a mini fridge which fits a few drinks and miscellaneous food items. The apartment does not come equipped with wifi but a mobile wifi device can be rented from Dan for 300 yen a night which you are expected to pay for all at once, upfront, in cash. The device barely works inside the unit and must be placed out on the balcony in order to get a reliable signal. It works well out in the city but did not work in a few areas outside of Tokyo I visited during my stay.
After staying at a few Airbnb places, the main difference between this listing and others is that the unit is not owned and lived in by Dan. As a result, the unit is obviously not as cared for and is lacking in general amenities expected in a furnished unit. For the price of this unit, the standard of living it offers is simply too low to justify staying here. I would not recommend this apartment.
