Victoria was the perfect host, accommodating our late notice request to stay in what turned out to be a beautiful apartment. We were met by her housekeeper who introduced a very clean and light series of rooms, who then kept a very low profile during our stay. There was more than ample room for cooking and storage of all our things.
Although not present at the apartment, Victoria also provided an extensive email prior to our arrival detailing everything we needed to know from wi-fi access to taxi recommendations and places to visit.
In short we were well taken care of and very much enjoyed staying at Victoria's place and have no hesitation in recommending it to others seeking a base for exploring Prague.
A beautiful apartment in the best position in Prague. Remember though you will be sharing a kitchen with other guests, therefore privacy can be compromised a little. Otherwise a very special place.
Love the apartment, is just very close to charles bridge. The Apartment is luxury to say, everything is nice and tidy. Even not able to meet the host Victoria in person, but thank you so much to Victoria through out the conversation online was good and smooth, Victoria even list down different restaurants, place to visit etc for me as reference. thank you so much again!
This was the best experience I had with air bnb. The apt looked exactly like the photos Victoria had published. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The location could not be any better as its just 2 mins away from Charles bridge. Although situated in a touristy area, the apartment was very quiet. Ruslan was also very helpful. In short, I love this apartment and would definitely stay here again if I do visit Prague!
This place is very close to the Charles Bridge entrance, right around the corner basically. Every room in this place is big and roomy and oh so quiet. The downstairs area does lack a kitchen table, which would be nice so one doesn't have to eat standing or sitting on couch. The stove is a newer model that requires some operational instructions, so be sure to ask, as I didn't and had trouble with. Also, a microwave oven would be a nice feature as most people are use to those. Perhaps the table and microwave are in the plan. Overall, a very good stay. Thank you.
The apartment is gorgeous, or maybe I should say luxurious. It is very spacious and well kept. The location couldn't be better, close to many attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quite street. A beautiful BnB in a beautiful city, definitely one of our best experiences!
Victoria was a very helpful host as she provided us with a lot of information regarding places to see, restaurants and clubs to go.. before arrival. The flat was easy to find and is well connected to public transportation and 10 mins walk to Prague Castle. The room was cosy and warm (well heated) So this was really nice. However we were quite desappointed when we arrived as the room has not been cleaned yet, the bed and sheets was undone / from previous guests. We left the flat so that Ruslan could clean it before we come back.
We loved our stay at our Prague Castle flat. Our room was clean, stylish, and the bed was comfortable. Ruslan was friendly and helpful. Victoria was communicative before our stay and provided us with great information about what to do and what taxi service to use.
The flat is on a residential street and a nice walk to the Prague Castle. We also walked to the Old Town over the Charles Bridge and did not need to use public transit.
Great location, walking distance to the castle (15mins max). Away from the hussle & bussle of the main city but easily accessible by the many trams or walkable.
The room was very comfortable and large. Good kitchen and bathroom.
We never met Victoria - she wouldn't reply to our texts or calls. We met Ruslan and he was helpful enough. The room was very dusty and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The toilet and bathroom were clean.
The house is quite a bit far from the city center, which was also a major drawback.
Thank you for staying in my Prague Castle flat. Your complain about the
room being dusty, it is definitely a first. When Ruslan was there, why
didn't you ask him to clean the dust if that was the case? The other guest,
Ed who occupied the other room had no complaints and was very happy with
the apartment. Were you aware when you made the booking the apartment is
near Prague Castle, not Old Town Square? You can read my other reviews and
you will find that you were the first unhappy guest after over 80
